1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PennantPost ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PennantPost provides an API-first social media scheduling platform. The Service allows agents and applications to schedule, manage, and publish content to connected social media platforms via MCP or REST API.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Post or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content through the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
• Exceed rate limits or use the API in a manner that degrades service for others

5. API Usage

API keys are confidential. You must not share or expose your API keys publicly. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are compromised or used in violation of these terms. You are responsible for all actions taken using your API keys.

6. Content Responsibility

You retain ownership of all content you schedule or publish through the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it complies with the terms and policies of each connected social media platform.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PennantPost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
